The Silk Journey: From Cocoon to Nishijin Masterpiece (VIP)

This exclusive tour is designed for those with a deep appreciation for textile artistry, offering a rare opportunity to witness each intricate step of creation—from silk threads spun from cocoon to loom. Guided by master weavers and knowledgeable interpreters, this experience provides unparalleled insight into the rich tradition and refined techniques that bring Nishijin fabric to life. You will visit two cites, Nishijin textile Center, where you can also create a small table center with hand-loom, and the Asagi Museum to enjoy the finest Nishijin textile arts. 

Then you can enjoy VIP exclusive artworks in the Salon de TSUKAKI, the VIP room of the museum. If you have particular artworks you would like to see, you can inform us in advance so that we can prepare it for viewing.
