【Deadline and Conditions】
After order confirmation, please note that cancellations, changes, returns, and refunds of the product are not possible, except in the case of defective or incorrect items. Please make sure to confirm the size and product when making a purchase.
Our return period is 7 days. We cannot accept exchanges or returns if 8 days have passed since the arrival of the product.
【Defective or Incorrect Items】
In the case of defective or incorrect items, we will exchange them for the same items as ordered, except in the following cases. If stock is not available, we will issue a refund. Please note that refunds or discounts are not possible if stock is available.
- Notification of defective or incorrect items is not reported within 7 days of product arrival.
- The brand name tag has been removed from the product.
- The product has been used.
- Alterations (hemming, etc.) or washing have been done.
- Part of the product, such as accessories, has been lost due to customer responsibility.
- The product has stains or damage due to customer responsibility.
- Additionally, in line with the above conditions, if our store deems it unable to process an exchange.
【Shipping fees for exchanges and returns】 We will bear the shipping costs for exchanges and returns of defective or incorrect items.
