Domestic Shipping within Japan
Items will be shipped within 7 business days after payment confirmation. For products from Nishijin Textile Art Craft Asagi, small artworks (casual wall decors), accessories, and fabric scraps will be shipped within 7 business days after payment confirmation. Other items, which require custom orders, will be shipped within 30 business days after payment confirmation. Information about Golden Week, summer holidays, New Year's holidays, and temporary holidays will be communicated via our website and social media.
Shipping Fee: The fee is set according to the delivery location (special rates apply for Hokkaido and Okinawa) and the size of the item, including insurance.
Note: Please be aware that we do not offer date-specific delivery.
If the package is not picked up within the storage period of the delivery company: If you do not receive the package within the storage period of the delivery company after shipment, and the item is returned to us due to reasons such as cancellation after shipment, no response, refusal to receive, or long-term absence, we will charge the shipping fee for re-sending the item.
International Shipping

Other items, which require custom orders, will be shipped within 30 business days after payment confirmation.
