You can make a payment for the experience tour from the link below. Payment should only be made after the date and time of the experience tour have been confirmed. Please make sure to confirm the date and time via the contact form with Rui Arts and Crafts before making the payment.

Once the payment is completed, the cancellation policy will apply regardless of the reason. Please ensure you check the name of the tour and the number of participants carefully before proceeding with the payment.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation fees will be applied starting 7 days prior to the experience date.

  • From the 7th day before the experience date: 30%
  • The day before the experience date: 50%
  • On the day of the experience or no-show: 100%
